Rozano stands behind the quality of its kitchen sinks, faucets, finishes, electronic components, and accessories. This Limited Warranty applies to the Original Purchaser only, is not transferable, and covers products purchased from Rozano or an Authorized Retailer and installed in Canada for normal indoor residential use.
Warranty Coverage
Rozano warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the periods below, measured from the original date of purchase:

"Lifetime" means for as long as the Original Purchaser owns the home where the product was first installed, provided it remains in its original location and use.
*Commercial use includes any non-residential application (rental, hospitality, institutional, contractor/builder, multi-unit, or any use by the public, tenants, guests, or multiple users). The Lifetime Residential Warranty does not apply to commercial use.
Note on Finishes
The finish warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not guarantee that the appearance of a finish will remain unchanged over time. Normal use, cleaning, water quality, cookware contact, and environmental conditions may affect a finish's appearance, and such changes are not manufacturing defects.
Eligibility Conditions
This warranty applies only when the product was purchased in Canada from Rozano or an Authorized Retailer, installed in Canada in accordance with Rozano instructions and applicable plumbing and building codes, and used for its intended residential application. Original dated proof of purchase is required. Rozano recommends installation by a licensed and insured trade professional.
This warranty does not apply to discontinued, display, clearance, open-box, previously installed, or liquidation products, products purchased from unauthorized sellers, or free promotional items, unless Rozano confirms otherwise in writing.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or appearance changes resulting from:
- Neglect, misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, unauthorized repair, use of non-Rozano parts, or use for an unintended application
- Improper installation, improper maintenance, or failure to follow Rozano care, cleaning, and installation instructions
- Hard water, mineral deposits, scale, rust stains, corrosive materials or chemicals, excessive water pressure, water hammer, freezing, overheating, or environmental conditions outside Rozano's control
- Abrasive pads, steel wool, abrasive or corrosive cleaners, bleach, acids, solvents, or cleaners not recommended for the surface
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, chips, stains, discoloration, water spots, or cosmetic changes that do not affect performance
This warranty also does not cover labor or service costs (diagnosis, plumber visits, removal, re-installation, shipping, disposal), or any property damage, water damage, loss of use, lost income, or damage to cabinets, countertops, flooring, walls, or surrounding materials.
How to Make a Claim
Submit your claim within the applicable warranty period and within ninety (90) days of discovering the alleged defect, at rozano.com/warranty. Please include:
- Original dated proof of purchase, and your full name and address
- Product model and production lot number (if available)
- Date of installation (if applicable) and a description of the defect
- Clear photos and/or video of the issue and of the installation where relevant
- Any plumber or inspection report requested by Rozano
Rozano may request the return of the product or component, and may inspect the product, installation, and related components before approving a remedy. Rozano may deny a claim if the defect cannot be verified, if the product was improperly installed or maintained, if it was altered, or if product identification has been removed or altered. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial.
Exclusive Remedy
Rozano's sole obligation, and the purchaser's exclusive remedy, is — at Rozano's discretion — the repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price of the defective product or component. Replacements are not guaranteed to be identical; if a product is no longer available, Rozano may provide one of comparable size, function, and value. Any replacement is covered only for the remaining duration of the original warranty period. In no event shall Rozano's total liability exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
Limitation of Liability and Other Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rozano shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages. Except as expressly provided here, Rozano makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; any implied warranties are limited in duration to this warranty's applicable period. No dealer, installer, contractor, or representative is authorized to modify or extend this warranty on Rozano's behalf.
Your Legal Rights — Canada
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by province. Certain provinces, including Québec, provide statutory consumer protections that cannot be excluded or limited; where such rights apply, they remain in effect and are not waived by this warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so those limitations may not apply to you.
